Well here goes, my first blog post. I am looking forward to sharing information with everyone about my experiences with running! I’ve always had a love for running and I am so excited to share my passion with you. I will be sharing things like training plans, injury preventions exercises, and other running tips that I have learned over the years. Like I said, this is my first blog and website so bear with me at first as I get the hang of this whole thing.
I know there are a ton of blogs out there about running and I am sure most of them are saying a lot of the same things. However, just like with anything else, there are millions of ways to accomplish your goal, it’s just all about finding what works best for you. So maybe you’ve tried to get into running, or have been dealing with multiple injuries and just can’t seem to stay healthy, and maybe this is the blog that is finally going to help you figure it all out. Maybe when you read this blog things are just going to click and finally make sense. But then again, this may not be the blog for you and that’s okay too because it is all leading you to exactly where you are supposed to be. So just enjoy the journey and hopefully learn a thing or two along the way! Well that is all for my first post, but stayed tuned for some exciting new things ahead.
